What is Email Stationery?
Email stationery consists of an HTML template which fits into your Outlook or Outlook Express package.


Each time you send an email your stationery is applied to the email template in much the same way as you would pick up a piece of letter headed paper.
What can you put on the template?
Essentially, the template can contain anything. The standard is:
- Your practice logo
- Your address, telephone and fax numbers
- Your web site address with a hyperlink to your home page
- Graphics sourced from your web site or promotional materials
How much does it cost?
Each corporate email stationery design costs just £99 plus VAT and this template can be used across your whole organisation as many times as you wish. If you require we can create stationery for individual members of staff with different contact details and names for an extra £15 each.
We can also produce Hi-IMPACT templates which can include flash animation with additional graphics and links. Prices start from £150 per template.
