This competition is run by JE Consulting (Company Number 05883501), whose registered office is at 2 Mitre Court, Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B74 2LZ (“we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to UK-based accountancy and bookkeeping firms, excluding employees of JE Consulting, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition.
2.2 Only one entry is permitted per firm. Multiple entries from the same firm or individual will be disqualified.
2.3 By entering, you confirm you have the authority to enter on behalf of your firm and to accept a prize of this nature should you win.
3. How to enter
3.1 To enter, complete the entry form on this page in full before the closing date. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
3.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.3 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason, including technical failure.
4. The prize
4.1 The prize is one (1) LiteSites website subscription, free for a period of twelve (12) months from the Service Start Date (as defined in the LiteSite Terms and Conditions), based on the LiteSite standard list price of £99 plus VAT per month.
4.2 The total value of the free 12-month period is £1,188 plus VAT (£99 plus VAT per month x 12 months).
4.3 To claim the prize, the winner will be required to provide valid payment card details as part of the standard LiteSite sign-up process. A discount code will be applied to the winner’s account which reduces the Monthly Fee to £0 for the first 12 months. After the 12-month free period ends, the discount code will expire and the Monthly Fee will automatically revert to the then-current LiteSite rate (currently £99 plus VAT per month), charged to the payment card provided, on a rolling monthly basis, unless cancelled in accordance with the LiteSite Terms and Conditions. We will give the winner reasonable advance notice before the discount code expires and charges begin.
4.4 The prize covers the standard LiteSite website subscription only. It does not include any optional or additional services, such as the Newswire Service, Cloud Accounting Portal Integration, or any other add-on or bolt-on subscription. Any optional services the winner wishes to add will be charged separately at the applicable rate from the point they’re added.
4.5 The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize and has no cash alternative.
4.6 Once the free 12-month period begins, use of the LiteSite service is governed by the standard LiteSite Terms and Conditions in full, available at: www.je-consulting.co.uk/litesites/terms-and-conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, terms on the Minimum Term, cancellation notice periods, content and page inclusions, support, hosting, and liability. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by those terms in addition to these competition Terms and Conditions.
5. Winner selection and notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
5.2 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on their entry form within 14 days of the closing date.
5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that entrant and select a replacement winner.
5.4 We may request reasonable proof of eligibility (for example, confirmation the entrant is authorised to accept the prize on behalf of their firm) before confirming a winner.
6. Data protection
Any personal data provided as part of your entry will be used to administer this competition and, where you’ve consented, for marketing purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
