David is our SEO and GEO expert and has spent years digging deeper into data to gain a better understanding of what gets websites ranked and discovered by AI search.
David loves puzzles and spent the first part of his career building websites and games, before gradually progressing into optimising and marketing them, which has led him to his role within JE Consulting.
SEO has so many puzzles that’s why it’s a great fit for David – there’s always something new to optimise.
What is your favourite food?
I can’t say no to a pizza with all the toppings. Loaded potato wedges, also hit the spot.
What is your favourite destination?
I visited Japan earlier this year and the countryside was especially breathtaking.
What are your interests outside of work?
Bonsai is the big one. I’m currently chairman of Redditch Bonsai Society and have enjoyed using my marketing skills to bring more people to the club.
Who do you admire most and why?
Tim Ferriss. He’s a great example of crafting the life you want.
If you could have one wish, what would it be?
Probably something silly like having a personal chef.
Who would you most like to have dinner with?
The obvious answer is Gordon Ramsay. His pursuit of excellence is legendary and I reckon I could learn a few things!
